Brazos Transit District HQ

New corporate headquarters of Brazos Transit District. The 11,518 square-foot building features extensive glued laminated timbers at the entrance and perimter of building, including glulam trellis in the rear.

Parmer Pond District

Entertainment and food attraction called “The Pitch” features a glulam pavilion patio/bar with 3″ laminated “Lock-Deck” wood decking.
